Noises Off- Farce & Funny!
A play, which is about to open, with actors struggling with lines, props, entrances and exits, compounded by mixed personalities, creates a wonderment of pure hilarity that will leave you in stitches from start to finish Add to that a marvelous set designed by Willie Sabel, costumes by Karen G. Wolfe, lighting by Dawn Oshima, sound by Kerri Yoneda, hair/makeup by Linda Lockwood, props by John Cummings III, and weaved together by the incomparable Rob Duval.
But the magic itself happens because of the extraordinary actors who create the dysfunction presented on stage: Ann Brandman (Dotty Otley), Kevin Keaveney (Lloyd Dallas), Mathias Maas (Garry Lejueune), Rachele Rees (Brooke Aston), Antoinette Lilley (Poppy Norton-Taylor), Garrett Hols (Frederick Fellowes), Therese Olival (Belinda Blair), Christopher Denton (Tim Allgood), and Saul Rollason (Selsdon Mowbray).
This is a farce!!! Make no mistake about that. A truly wonderful, entertaining, two hours plus of pure joy. Do not miss this play which opens January 25, 2019 at Diamond Head Theatre! If you want to laugh, fall out of your seat, and relieve your stress, then this is the therapy you need… cheaper than the doctor!
